🙏🏽🌟FAITH OVER FEAR🌟🙏🏽

🙏🏽⚾️⚽️⛳️🌟📚FAITH OVER FEAR💯🏐⛸️🌟🙏🏽

There can be various reasons why athletes, teens and college students experience fear and anxiety in today's world. Some common factors include societal pressures, academic expectations, performance anxiety, fear of failure, comparison with others, social media and uncertainty about the future.

Faith, trust in God and mental empowerment can play a significant role in addressing and overcoming these fears and anxieties. Here are a few ways they can help:

1. Perspective: Faith provides a broader perspective on life, reminding us that our worth is not solely determined by their achievements or external factors; it’s so much bigger than that💙. Trusting in God's plan alleviates the pressure to constantly be “on”, to have to be the best, or to meet societal expectations.

2. Support and Guidance: Believing in God provides a deeper sense of comfort and support during challenging times. Prayer and seeking deep inspirational guidance can help people find solace and strength in their faith.

3. Self-Worth: Faith teaches us that our value is inherent and not dependent on external validation. This understanding helps athletes, teens and college students develop a healthier self-image and reduce anxiety related to comparison or fear of failure.

4. Coping Mechanisms: Faith provides

us with coping mechanisms to manage stress and anxiety. Too many want to alleviate their fear or anxiety with substances or other vices to temporarily hinder the pain, yet it ends up causing even more anxiety, pain and regret. Engaging in spiritual practices, such as prayer, mental quietness (I like to think meditation is you listening to God; Prayer is you speaking to God) or attending religious services, can offer a sense of peace and calmness.

5. Community: Faith communities often provide a supportive network of like-minded individuals who can offer encouragement, guidance and a sense of belonging. This community can help athletes, teens and college students feel understood and supported, reducing feelings of isolation and anxiety.

It's important to note that while faith and trust in God are powerful tools, many teens and young adults have to be taught holistic mental empowerment. There are so many amazing tools out there. I’d be happy to speak with anyone about it. Combining faith with inner mind work provides a holistic approach to addressing, managing and even eliminating fear and anxiety the natural way.

"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." 2 Timothy 1:7.
