Today I want to emphasize the importance of recognizing and igniting your own value and self-worth. When you truly understand your worth, you naturally change your energy and mindset, which in turn attracts new people who appreciate and respect you. However, this transformation begins with you and the work you put in. Lately I’ve been working with people that aren’t just athletes, but also students and professionals looking to find their courage and self worth.
Inner mind work is beneficial in achieving this shift in energy and attracting the right people. As for athletes, they often face various challenges, such as competition, pressure, coming back from injury, social media comparison, self doubt and criticism. Engaging in inner mind work, such as visualization, positive affirmations, deep breathing, inner mind recordings and mental conditioning, helps athletes develop a strong sense of self-worth and confidence.
By working on their inner mind, athletes cultivate a positive self-image, believe in their abilities, and recognize their own value. This self-assurance radiates outward, attracting people who appreciate and respect them for who they are and what they bring to the table.
