What’s Your Intention?

Setting our intentions is crucial for success in various aspects of life, including sports, academics, health, wealth, relationships and joy. Oftentimes we think we have a plan all laid out in our minds and then we’re sidetracked and fall off of it. So how do we stay focused on our goals and success intentions? We develop a routine that we can stick to AND we get our mind in a clear place to help us stick to it. In order to do this, we have to dig deeper in our inner mind to stick with a plan. Here's why setting intentions and doing the extra mind work helps you succeed:
